KEESEN LAWN SPRINKLER has been installing quality lawn sprinkler systems and providing excellent service on sprinkler systems since 1947. KEESEN is a member of the metro Denver Better Business Bureau and we have an A+ rating. MISSION STATEMENT: To meet our customers needs with superior service, honesty and intergrity. Over the years KEESEN has installed most of the sprinkler systems at the Denver Botanical gardens and provided service for homes such as the Colorado Governers mansion. We pride ourselves on installing the latest technologies in the lawn sprinkler industry; including the latest in water saving technologies, Smart Controllers, Rain Sensors and Hunter MP rotator nozzles. The service technicians that we employ are screened and drug tested. We have many years of experience and attend training classes held by the sprinkler manufactures each winter to keep current in our industry.

Keesen Lawn Sprinkler had done work on my sprinkler and the sprinkler plumbing came apart. I have been contacting Keesen since early October to get it fixed and blown out. I either leave a message with no call returned or I reach someone and am told the issue is being elevated to the owner and he would call me back. Two month later and nothing has been resolved. What are the odds that the sprinkler has further damage from freezing? This is very disappointing and a total lack of customer service.

Did not use this company - they were booked through middle of November and did not sound particularly sympathetic to fixing my leak before then. I was losing 55 gallons per hour and could not wait for them.

Went well. I was impressed because he told me that we needed to get a water valve replaced in the system. He could have said nothing and I would have had major problems when it freezes. I called a plumber and they came out and said the same thing. Got it fixed and hopefully good to go next spring.

There is hope for the service industry in Denver metro. Refreshing to work with a company who hires real pros that care about their work. Phil was our tech and he is awesome. He recommended I replace all my valves to save the rest of my summer. Quoted a price and hours it would take and beat them both. Showed up on time, communicated well, and didn't get pissy when we made a mistake and locked him out of the basement where he needed to turn on water. Very professional and never made us feel like he was rushed to get to the next job. I can't praise this company, or Phil, enough. Whatever Phil is getting paid, he needs a raise!
