"I called Hyper Flow at around 7:30am, and James, their VERY helpful tech, was at our house by about 9:15. He promptly identified the problem (which was a smaller issue than we had feared) and got it resolved very promptly. He did NOT try to upsell us on anything, but we requested that he run a camera through our pipes to see if there was anything further to be concerned about.
