"Called Titans after I had a water issue that made my sump pump go berserk. It was suggested I might want to get my crawl space and foundation checked out. Jonathan came out, stated the foundation was good but might want to consider having a vapor barrier installed. The estimate was fair and accurate with no upselling. Once the job was done, the crawl space looks a lot cleaner, no dingy/dank smell comes up and is more pleasant to go down into when the occasion arises. Kudos to Ryley who pointed out my heater had a few rust spots and holes that needed to be fixed by HVAC and showed me the pictures he took on his phone. "I called Hyper Flow at around 7:30am, and James, their VERY helpful tech, was at our house by about 9:15. He promptly identified the problem (which was a smaller issue than we had feared) and got it resolved very promptly. He did NOT try to upsell us on anything, but we requested that he run a camera through our pipes to see if there was anything further to be concerned about.
