"Called Titans after I had a water issue that made my sump pump go berserk. It was suggested I might want to get my crawl space and foundation checked out. Jonathan came out, stated the foundation was good but might want to consider having a vapor barrier installed. The estimate was fair and accurate with no upselling. Once the job was done, the crawl space looks a lot cleaner, no dingy/dank smell comes up and is more pleasant to go down into when the occasion arises. Kudos to Ryley who pointed out my heater had a few rust spots and holes that needed to be fixed by HVAC and showed me the pictures he took on his phone.
