"Called Titans after I had a water issue that made my sump pump go berserk. It was suggested I might want to get my crawl space and foundation checked out. Jonathan came out, stated the foundation was good but might want to consider having a vapor barrier installed. The estimate was fair and accurate with no upselling. Once the job was done, the crawl space looks a lot cleaner, no dingy/dank smell comes up and is more pleasant to go down into when the occasion arises. Kudos to Ryley who pointed out my heater had a few rust spots and holes that needed to be fixed by HVAC and showed me the pictures he took on his phone. Jonathan, Ryley,Zack and Mike were all professional in their achievements. They're a great group of people. I would definitely hire Titans Foundations. again for future projects.
