We will definitely hire him again, if we want more windows tinted in our home. We can tell the difference, with windows facing west, and WOW! The difference is HUGE! "It was a decent experience. Kurt and team were courteous and worked hard. We did have to have some of the films replaced due to bubbles that did not dissipate over time with heat curing. They did replace it and it looks much better. But in the process of trying to address the bubbling, the time frame at which the bubbles should magically self-cure and disappear kept extending from 2 weeks, to 4 weeks, to 6 weeks. That part was rather frustrating."
