Our gas furnace failed to come on the day after Christmas, and needed repair. HVAC places were busy, and another business could not get to it until the next day. Bryan from Quinnair was able to come that same day within an hour, and fixed the furnace (replaced igniter). The cost was quite reasonable, considering the timing and it being emergency service (no gouging). Bryan was very considerate and professional.

They were great. It was a cold snowy day. I never expected them to show up within an hour and on top of that they were able to fix the problem and a few hours later I was warm an toasty!

The estimator provided a variety of solutions to my cooling issues and provided a timely and reasonable estimate. The installers showed up on time and completed earlier than expected. The installers were professional and courteous, were knowledgeable of their work, and left with everything working and no mess. Their was a challenge with the duct work , however it was evident they knew what to do and did it without complaint. The county inspector commented on their high quality of work.

The temperature outside was 10, and the temperature inside was 60 and dropping fast when we woke in the morning. I did not like our previous Furnace company, so I called 3 other companies. Because of our location and other reasons none of them could not come immediately. Then, I found Quinnair on Angie's list. I contacted them, and they juggled their schedule so that they could send a technician out in about an hour. He determined that the water supply line to the humidifier had developed a small hole and was leaking water on the furnace circuit board. He was able to dry out the circuit board and got us going again, very quickly. He did not try to sell any unnecessary parts, but did caution us to watch for corrosion due to the dampness. I was very pleased with their service and professionalism and would highly recommend them if you have furnace problems.

Can't sing the praises of this company loud enough! I was faced with a situation where after living in my home for a year and a half, my furnace ( a 10yr old Bryant) had died in the middle of winter. The original HVAC company I had used did not have a relationship with Carrier (Bryant) and did not have the proper knowledge / tools to thoroughly diagnose and fix my system. Instead, I got a bunch of probably this, might be that, could be, and no guarantees. That left me with a $1000 fix that broke after 2 wks and left me with no heat yet again. After talking with Quinnair, they made my problem their problem and took care of me from the start. They were able to figure out what was going wrong, work with Carrier to get me credit for the fix that didn't work, and point out several places where the original system had either been specified incorrectly or had been installed wrong which probably led to pre-mature failure. I wound up putting in a new system, but the good folks at Quinnair walked me through all the options, pointed out the positives and negatives, where I could save money, and what I needed to do to get the most out of whatever system I went with. I could not be happier. I now have a fantastic Carrier Infinity correctly sized and installed that is keeping my house toasty. They noted some issues with my water heater (which I was already aware of from replacing the overpressure valve) and made the recommendation to look at replacing that in the near future as well since the utility room where everything is located in adjacent to living space and a failure of the water heater would likely cause significant damage. Again, they walked me through all the options and helped me come to a solution that met my needs within budget. I greatly appreciate the relationship approach to my HVAC needs that the entire Quinnair staff engaged me with verses the transaction approach I have encountered with other service providers. They demonstrated a high level of knowledge and industry expertise, and treated me like I was the owners best friend. If you are looking for a company that knows their trade and deals with their customers with honesty and care, give these guys a call.

After noticing my water heater on its last legs, I decided I needed to replace it. I also was starting to have issues with my air conditioner. So I Called Quinn Air. The service person that came to my house was knowlegble and helped me decide what the home needed. I had two furnaces in my older home. I always hated that and he found a way to go to one furnace correct some of my older venting issues. I also found a matching brand air conditioner and a perfect water heater to suit my needs. I decided I should call another person to bid it. After that experience I knew Quinn Air was the way to go! The person that showed up was a lot more knowledgable as well as the bid being better equipment and a better price. The crew that did the work far exceeded my expectations. They worked with my work schedule as well as kept the area in my home clean. They paid attention to small details and did quality work. When walking through my home they wore booties over there shoes and laid several blankets down and vaccumed everyday upon leaving! Wow Quinn Air. After the install was complete they took their time explaining warranty, and how everything worked. I will recommend to anyone wanting quality work, exceptional customer service and a great value Thanks Quinn Air!!!!!!!!!! Here's the best part after the work was done and things had gone back to normal I received my rebate in the mail!!!!! Would use them again and refer them to friends and family every time.

When I made the appointment for a maintenance check on the house heating and cooling system a few weeks ago, the office staff said the technician would arrive between 12 noon and 2 pm. The day of the appointment they called and said the technician would be here at 1:00 pm. At 1:30 pm the tech had not arrived and I called. They said he would be here shortly. At 2:15 pm he had still not arrived so I called and canceled the appointment. The person answering the phone did say they were sorry.

It would have been acceptable to me if the office had called and said he was running late and gave a new time of arrival or offered to reschedule for another day. They did not contact me at all after the arrival time came and went.

I suspect they are a good firm that had something go wrong. This can happen, but a good company would give the homeowner updates.

Great experience. I had recently bought a house and found the tankless water heater exhaust PVC ductwork was leaking water. It turns out the tankless water heater PVC exhaust was not properly sealed by the previous homeowner or contracter, so I called Quinnair, who sold me my HVAC system, and they were able to successfully fix it in an hour. Since Quinnair fixed the problem by adding the proper sealing glue and refitting the PVC pipes, I have had no issues for the past year!

Great experience! Quinnair spent extra time and effort to customize an HVAC system for my limited budget in April 2013. Although other bidders produced faster quotes, Quinnair answered all my questions, was thoughtful and professional, and put forth effort to find me a great deal and give me exactly what I wanted, which went a long way in earning my business. Energy efficiency was my top priority and Quinnair was able to take the time to give me a custom solution which was the best value for my dollars and was by far the most energy efficient system of all the other HVAC companies that gave me quotes for similar prices. I ended up with an ASHRE certified Trane 15.5 SEER AC and 95% efficient furnace with a solid state blower motor. Quinnair also handled and obtained all the necessary City of Denver permits without issue. I am very happy with it. This system has been a great combination and there have been no major problems over the last 2 years in operation.

There were a few minor issues after 1 year where a furnace part went bad and was replaced under warranty, and also when an electrical connection came loose at the cutoff box by the condenser outside. Both of them were quickly and professionally addressed and fixed at no charge during the 2 year warranty period.

I recently purchased and moved to a sixteen-year-old house. Among several other problems I've run into with the house, I noticed water on the basement floor, surrounding the furnace. I called a plumber who looked at it and said that my A/C had frozen around the coil and to call an HVAC company. I called Quinair and, although they originally said they wouldn't be able to fit me in until the following week, the owner called me back and was at my house within the hour. He happened to be in my area, at the time, and was able to stop by before his next appointment. I really appreciated him going the extra mile to come by since we were expecting the hottest temperatures of the summer over the upcoming week. I had a great experience with this company not only with Bryan, but also with the office staff who were extremely patient and helpful in walking me through some steps, over the phone, to assist with preparing my A/C for the appointment. Also, both Bryan and the office staff made suggestions to me on how to keep the air moving freely throughout the house in the future. I appreciated those suggestions and I will use this company again. Everyone was polite and professional. :)

Craig did an excellent job of designing the retrofit and the AC now works much better upstairs. This was not an easy or routine project to execute. He and his helpers were very professional, cleaned up every day, and did very nice work. His attention to aesthetics was most appreciated considering that much of the work had to be done with exposed spiral ducting. It looks great! He also was careful to use up the smallest amount of closet space that was required in the places where exposed ducting would not work. Even our crazy dog who takes weeks to warm up to most people fell in love with Craig from the start. We plan to use Quinnair at our other house for a full AC installation because we were so impressed.

In 2013, I purchased a townhome in need of total renovation. The inspector pointed out that the sump pump needed replacement and the furnace may need to be replaced in the near future. After a year of dealing with a noisy furnace that was unable to heat my townhome adequately and an inadequate central air conditioning system I decided to get estimates on replacing the furnace and sump pump, cleaning the a/c compressor, draining the hot water tank and placing a pan underneath which was also recommended by the inspector. My employer highly recommended Quinnair so they were the first company to evaluate my jobs and give an estimate. Another company would only give an estimate on the furnace and sump pump and the third company would only give an estimate on the furnace. I decided to hire Quinnair, not only were they thorough, they included several additional services with their estimate along with a much better furnace (97.3% efficient) than the other companies who offered an 80% efficient furnace. Their Better Business Bureau and Angieand acirc;??s List ratings were much better than the other companyand acirc;??s ratings. The afternoon before the furnace was scheduled to be installed, I had set my central air conditioner at 77 degrees and at that time the interior temperature was 78. I left for a few hours and when I returned the interior temperature had increased to 81. I had hoped that a thorough cleaning would solve this issue but when the representative arrived the following day, he examined it and found that the compressor was fried and it was inadequate for the size of my home. I had to make a decision quickly and if it wasnand acirc;??t for the representativeand acirc;??s knowledge of current financing offers, I couldnand acirc;??t have afforded it. With that said, Quinnair came in under the third company I interviewed who was only going to replace the furnace with an 80% unit. The installers were professional and stayed until 8 PM on the second day in order to finish the air conditioner installation and 7 PM to finish the jobs on the third day. All the jobs were completed in a timely manner and I can sense a huge improvement. I am very pleased with this company and their dedication to their customers and the local community. I intend to hire Quinnair when I need to replace my water heater.

Quinair provided a quote for the addition of the an air conditioning condenser and coil. After accepting their offer they were scheduled to install the equipment a week later. A member of their staff explained how I could take advantage of rebates offered by Xcel (local power company) and modified their quote to facilitate obtaining the Xcel rebates. The crew members arrived on time, worked diligently to install the equipment, and were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. All work was completed quickly and carefully. The lead installer explained how to operate the new equipment and explained the warranty. I am very impressed with this company and would highly recommend them for other HVAC work.

My furnace wasn't working and it was really cold. I called at about 8:00 in the morning on Monday and by 8:50 Craig arrived. He fixed my furnace, changed my filter( I had had the one that came with the furnace and had been cleaning it). He also said the humidifier that had been installed with the furnace had not been completely installed so he fixed that, too. We had had a new furnace and A/C installed just 2 1/2 years ago, along with the humidifier. He gave me some important information for the future maintenance also. He was really nice and I will use them again!

Mr Cole of Quinnair came to fix my furnace that up to know now one knew what the problem was. He came on the coldest day . He found what the problem was and fixed it. It works wonderful and I'm so grateful. Others came and couldn't figure out what the problem was. Not only that but the price was so reasonable. I would highly recommend them. I called them on Monday to see if I could get someone out to diagnose the problem as well as give an estimate on a new unit should that be needed.  They said they would call me back on Tuesday to let me know exactly when they could come out.  They left me a message with the 4-5PM timeframe on Wednesday, which was great to have this the same week.  They also told me that Bryan would be the one coming out.  Though he was a little later than the timeframe given, they kept me informed about his timing.  Once he arrived, he was very polite, took his shoes off and got to work.  He checked the fuse which was the first thing that needed replacement.  He had one and then waited to see if that was all that was needed.  We thought for a moment that it was.  He was just getting his bag when it stopped again, blowing the fuse.  He then opened up the unit again to look further.  He noticed that the unit had a fairly new motor, but that a part that should have been replace with it was not new.  He tested that part and found it to be not opertating properly to do the job needed by the motor, which then caused the blown fuse.  Since he didn't have any more of the fuses, I headed to Ace hardware and picked up a few while he replaced that part.  I got back with the fuse, put it in and low and behold it was working again.  I was told this would cost just a little over a hundred dollars, a lot cheaper than a new one.   My parents had a nice warm house for the night.  He said that hopefully it will last for a good long time, but I have the estimate which is really reasonable for a new one if needed later.  This furnace is over 25 years old, so one doesn't know what might go wrong next.  Fingers crossed for a few years at least.  We were extremely pleased with the service, his knowledge, professionalism, and his friendly personality.  What was nice is that his card actually says that he is the President of the Company, he definitely showed me and my parents what a great service and company this is.  I will definitely call him back should I need service or product because I feel he will give me the honest truth and won't try to sell something not needed.  Thank you Bryan!

Quinnair scheduled the needed work within 2 days to replace the blower motor. Craig was quick, efficient and helpful. In addition to replacing the motor, he provided information on how to care for the furnace for best performance and added two small modifications to make it easier for us to access parts of the furnace for us to perform routine maintenance.
This was a very positive experience and we are well satisfied ? both with service and price.

Excellent work overall.  Bryan's estimate was fair and accurate, and he did the work for the amount that he quoted.  FInished on time as well.  Bryan even inspected our new furnace in our house, without asking, and discovered a problem that we will have our builder rectify.

I had finished getting quotes from 6 contractors and was in the process of making a decision, when I filled out a form on the internet that accidentally lead me to Quinnaire. I was contacted by Quinnaire's salesperson, Clyde, who was promissing a deal that sounded too good to be true. I am very glad I agreed to let him come out and give me a quote.
The other quotes I received where from varying sizes of companies from the one-man shop to the large commercial companies who you see all around town. Clyde promised a much better deal than all the other companies....better equipment for a competitive price.
I had heard from several contractors that replacing my furnace may cause a chain reaction in which I should consider replacing my furnace, A/C coil and A/C unit all at the same time. Clyde provided me with two quotes - 1 for replacing just my furnace and 1 for replacing everything. The price, quality of equipment, and warranties were much better than the othe places I had contacted, so I decided to go ahead with replacing everything at once. They also agreed to pull permits and work with me on my unique home design issues that presented potential challenge in passing a permit inspection. The only negative comment I have was that it took about two weeks from the time I said I wanted to proceed until we were able to schedule the install. In fairness, I think they may have attempted to email me and had my email address wrong.
I was really worried about what I was getting into because it did seem like everything that was being promised was almost too good to be true. Quinnaire worked with me on every concern I had and all equipment was exactly as promised right down to the model number.
The two men that installed my equipment were both very friendly, professional and helpful in answering all of my questions. They were aware of each item I was promised in the sale and had all of the equipment with them. Brian, the owner followed up with a visit to make sure everything was done to code prior to the inspector coming out. Everything passed inspection with no issues and the inspector even commented that it was a neat job. Quinnaire met all of my expectations. I would use them again and would highly recommend them for both their work and their price.
