"The work was completed in a timely manor and overall looks good, during the project Gabe tried to change the scope many times, but ultimately did stick to our quote. Once work was completed he requested an additional $600 “because we did such a good job” finally within 90 days of having our fence and gate installed the gate began to sag. I contacted Gabe to give him an opportunity to make it right but he did not respond in any capacity. Moral of the story: make sure the work is 1000% because once peppers leaves they won’t return to fix any errors."

I manage four separate buildings with 220 units so I ve got a solid foundation on which to grade contractors and Hugo gets a 10 out of 10, HIGHLY RECOMMEND, from me. We re already planning to use him for more jobs. Him and his team of professionals not only fixed the original issue (rotted out post holding up stairs) but also went above and beyond by fixing the railing and because he said it was a quick fix included it in the original bid without increasing our cost. We re currently working to set up a carport and other metal work projects with him and his team. He does great work, cleans up after himself, and gives fair upfront clear pricing and invoicing. "Working with Dave and Mike was wonderful. They put in a lovely paver patio in our backyard, with Hot Tub and Fire Pit as well as some custom built privacy fencing. What I appreciated was that they did the job right. The way it was engineered I feel confident that the water will disperse properly, and that this will last for a very long time. Communication was high, and the layout before work started was well executed. They also were prompt and finished on time. Will definitely enjoy working with them in the future."
