The cooler was not level or fastened to the roof appropriately and it wasn't even sitting on the platinum. They also drilled multiple needless holes into our new cooler. On this site it says they will take credit cards but he wanted a check written out to him personally on day of service. Of course he did not reimburse us to have the cooler installed correctly."

His wife, not him, conducted the final walkthrough and provided the warranty and a statement confirming full payment. He even verbally admitted to putting our project on the "back burner" when I questioned the delay."
