We had them 1.) replace the carpet and engineered hardwood floors on our main floor with luxury vinyl flooring; and 2.) replace the carpet on the steps going up to the second floor and all the carpet on the second floor. The work performed was excellent and the floors on the main floor and second floor look absolutely amazing! Wade was very honest in answering our questions or advice. Before leaving the job site, each crew swept and left the work area clean/straightened up. The crews were very professional and knowledgeable! The stairs look great and you can't see the seams with the existing carpet at all! And he made the whole experience very easy. I wanted the job done rather quickly because I wanted to put my house up for sale. I called and left a message for Johnnie on Friday and he got back to me within a couple of hours. He came out on Monday to give me an estimate for the job and was on time and very courteous. And knowing that I wanted this done right away he came back on Tuesday and did the repairs. "I was very pleased with the air duct cleaning. Gentleman was careful and worked very hard. When done with air duct cleaning then cleaned the carpet. Their machine did not have enough power to pull up smashed carpet from furniture (and tried to tell me dog must have eaten the carpet out there. He had one machine quit working while he was here. And he knew there was lots of dog hair and it did not begin to remove all of that or even most of it. Then I asked him if they offered to Scott Guard the carpet and they do not even offer this option which I would have loved to have done in the high traffic areas."
