We had them 1.) replace the carpet and engineered hardwood floors on our main floor with luxury vinyl flooring; and 2.) replace the carpet on the steps going up to the second floor and all the carpet on the second floor. Before leaving the job site, each crew swept and left the work area clean/straightened up. The crews were very professional and knowledgeable! "They completed the work as promised, but we had a few issues.  Specifically, they left debris in the ducts which we had to remove ourselves, and they didn't do a thorough job with the carpet because the carpet on our stairs looked worse after the cleaning.  Additionally, they didn't wear booties while inside the house and left dirty footprints in some areas.  Ultimately, it was a mediocre experience."
