"Jade Floors did a fantastic job on our floors. We had them 1.) replace the carpet and engineered hardwood floors on our main floor with luxury vinyl flooring; and 2.) replace the carpet on the steps going up to the second floor and all the carpet on the second floor. The work performed was excellent and the floors on the main floor and second floor look absolutely amazing! Wade was very honest in answering our questions or advice. Before leaving the job site, each crew swept and left the work area clean/straightened up. The crews were very professional and knowledgeable! I recommend Jade Floors to anyone who is in need of flooring! We also reached out to friends who are remodeling their home and recommended Jade Floors for their remodel. The new carpet we selected is 80oz, which is top quality. The pad is 1/2" thick, which is top quality as well! We also paid for them to move the furniture, as both my husband and I are older and not as strong as we once were."

"Iâ ve hired Alan and his team twice now. First time I have a small flood in my basement. They came over and replaced my carpet quickly. Second time they helped replace the whole carpet in my second floor with luxury vinyl. Both times very responsive, worked fast and produced quality work. 100% recommend them."

"Mr. Berndsen is reliable, methodical and a pleasure to work with. We are happy with the carpet installation and the tile accents he installed."

"Very well. The technician did a thorough job on the ductwork and on the blower for the furnace/AC."

"They completed the work as promised, but we had a few issues.  Specifically, they left debris in the ducts which we had to remove ourselves, and they didn't do a thorough job with the carpet because the carpet on our stairs looked worse after the cleaning.  Additionally, they didn't wear booties while inside the house and left dirty footprints in some areas.  Ultimately, it was a mediocre experience."

"Kalep and his crew were punctual, professional, and went above and beyond. They are a fast working team and would have completed a day early had we not found a sloping issue in one of the bedrooms. That issue did not stop them, he offered his very detailed knowledge on how to mitigate the issue and we were able to complete the job only a day and half later. I could not be more pleased with the jobs completion. 4 bedrooms fully done with carpet removal, 950 sqft, done in 2.5 days. Will absolutely be using his services in the future"

"They did a good job. They were efficient, they really did a good job! Anything I asked them to do, they did a good job, dusting, cleaning, everything."
