19 NEGLIGENT AND DANGEROUS. Gallego installed a new boiler in our home. We immediately noticed the strong smell of natural gas inside and outside the home. We had Jamie out to inspect and he said it was installed correctly, but just needed a break-in period. A year later, it has not gone away....

Did not diagnose my refrigerator/freezer properly. Matt put in a $7 relay with $200 service fee. When I called for return service, I was told by Julie that it must be part of a sealed system and they do not work on them. Wanted to charge me the $80 diagnostic fee without sending tech back out...
