"I truly can’t say enough great things about this company. My wife and I had all but given up on getting our insurance to pay for all of the damage from a hailstorm last summer to our roof and siding. And then we met Steven (owner.) Not only is he an absolute pleasure to talk to, but he was the first contractor to offer to fight our insurance company. Everyone else pretty much told us to give them the check and pay for the rest out of pocket (it would have cost us over $30k.) I hired Steven and Elite Exteriors on a handshake. Not only did I pay nothing out of pocket, but the work was performed quickly, politely, and our home looks better than it ever did. We feel like we got a brand new home. Steven and his company turned last summer‘s hailstorm into diamonds from the sky. I have been telling anyone who will listen about Elite Exteriors. "Woke up today to find an invoice from Denver Gutter Cleaning for services performed on 11/6/25. I did get a text from them at 11:24am that day stating they would arrive within a few minutes to one hour. By 3PM they were still a no show so I called Denver Gutter and Ernie answered. Ernie said his records show they did complete our service this morning. I told him I have pictures of full gutters so then he said maybe they had trouble finding you house. He said he would re-schedule, however, this is the 2nd and possibly 3rd time in the last few years the same thing happened with the same excuses. I said I did not want to re-schedule until someone from management calls me. I did miss a call at 7:36am the next day and another from Jason at 10:40am who said he woudl call right back. No such call and then the invoice for work never done. I do not suspect any foul play just poor management and an out of control company. I have the pictures with dates and times to back up my complaint but unfo"
