I have been doing this kind of work since the early 2000s, I have built multiple single-family homes from the ground up as well as a few commercial projects. I have had my hands in just about every aspect of the construction process. We sell livestock equipment. Our panels, gates, chutes, sweep tubs, sheep gear and more are Australian designed. They are galvanized and the rails are oval rail. Oval Rails have a lot of strength when pushed down by the hoof of a bull and when pushed against it can flex back. Being galvanized of course will outlast any powder coated product. There is also an opportunity for you to become a Brazzen Dealer. As a Dealer you would be given an exclusive area. Keep in mind Brazzen can be operated full time or part time as you will have very low overheads. It all depends on you and how much you want to do. Brazzen is just in its infancy into the US, but while in its infancy it creates more opportunity.

"I purchased this at checkout through Costco to have my TV and mount hung. The first time it was scheduled, the pro cancelled 2 hours before the scheduled time. The app rescheduled again, and then the pro no-showed so I called Handy customer service. They apologized and rescheduled again and promised it'd be done on that new date (today). That brings us to today, the pro cancelled last minute again. I called customer support and they said there was nothing they can do. I asked if they would reach out to their pros list and try and get someone assigned today. They said that is not possible and they cannot help me. So here I am $100 out with no service and no support. Extremely disappointed. I 100% suggest not using Handy, which is no fault of Costco, but I definitely recommend after my experience and the review of others that Costco reevaluate their contract and partnership with Handy."

"It was an excellent experience! My old Kenmore fridge (probably from the 90s) quit cooling/defrosting. After looking to replace it and finding thanks to the pandemic refrigerators are on backorder for months, I called 3 appliance repair companies who didn't call me back. I found Neli and was able to set up an appointment at a time I picked.. An incredibly patient tech (Chris C.) came chat on at the appointed time. I waited about 5 mins as he was wrapping up another call. I walked me through the diagnosis using a virtual support app on my phone. He was able to help me with taking things apart, helped me use our multimeter, and diagnosed the problem. I can do this repair myself. He gave me the exact part numbers and told me what I need to do. All for $35 for an hour on a Sunday. I can't believe how great this was. I thought I had to replace my refrigerator, but for $35 + $111 in parts (I could have gone cheaper but chose OEM) my refrigerator will return to health. Their website lists the tools you will need for a diagnosis/repair, make sure you have them ready. For refrigerators, you need a screwdriver (flat & phillips), a socket set, a multimeter, and theoretically a pair of pliers but I didn't use them. Also make sure your phone is charged (lesson learned)."
