"Jill and her team are the absolute BEST! She is highly professional and a pleasure to collaborate with, Her work is done with a high standard of craftsmanship and in a timely manner. She is also very cost effective in her approach. I highly recommend her and would happily work with her again on future projects! I felt very lucky to have her as my contractor through out the remodel project!"

Customers say: Quality work

"I hired Blake during Covid. I could not be there but a neighbor let them in to work each day. The neighbor was amazed that they showed up each day at the time they said they would. Thatâ s not normal for around here. I would recommend Blake. He was trustworthy and did what he said."

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"I never contacted the provider or used this service in anyway. I have to
write this review so that the request to write this review stops
popping up.
The rating is bogus as it is required to be able to submit.

A floor plan is a less detailed illustration showing a building or room's layout from above, including elements like windows, doors, walls, and fixtures. It offers a simplified view for homeowners. In contrast, a blueprint is a more detailed, to-scale architectural drawing that includes all parts of the building plans, such as structural elements, construction details, and utility schematics. While a floor plan can be a type of view within a blueprint, the complete blueprint contains all the necessary details to turn the plan into a reality.

Yes, professionals offer custom designs, including lattice tops and decorative post caps.

Most towns and cities have regulations regarding sign dimensions for businesses. If you're opening a new business, contact the town or city's local zoning board to see the specifications you need to follow when getting your sign created. There may also be rules regarding how high your sign can sit. Be sure to learn about specifications before having your sign made. Sign companies generally won't offer refunds once custom signs have been fabricated.
