"I had siding replaced and very displeased with the entire process. The crew did a poor job for what I paid and have already had to be back out here 3 times in a month to fix their mistakes. Crew cheif never checked the work to determine if the quality was up to the company standard. The crew left the property a mess with my belongings scattered around the yard. They had leftover pieces scattered as well. The craftsmanship and quality was aubpar for the price. No care for the property. Damaged driveway, roof, windows, and garden bed. Chalking already cracking. Large gaps in the siding. Siding already buckeling. Seams not together. Asked to speak to a manager or supervisor multiple times and still no response. I was promised certain tasks at point of sale that company will not follow up on. Over all this company treats their customers as money and gets in and out with little oversight or quality check. I am very displeased with the product I got for the money I paid. Will never recommend."

"I wish I could give Brian and Peak Side more than 5 stars. I can't believe our good luck in finding them and getting our deck built on such a quick turnaround. We had an old embarrassing cement patio that had heaved and cracked. Peak Side took the worst part of my house and turned it into our favorite place. I was most impressed by Brian's creative problem solving around our previous outdoor space. Everything went off without a problem. They handled it all from permitting to building our deck in a timely and professional manner. They showed up every day on time- even in that crazy heat we had last summer. Their prices were unbeatable. We were so impressed by their work and the finished product, we plan to add on another part (second story) soon. "The work was completed in a timely manor and overall looks good, during the project Gabe tried to change the scope many times, but ultimately did stick to our quote. Once work was completed he requested an additional $600 “because we did such a good job” finally within 90 days of having our fence and gate installed the gate began to sag. I contacted Gabe to give him an opportunity to make it right but he did not respond in any capacity. Moral of the story: make sure the work is 1000% because once peppers leaves they won’t return to fix any errors."
