"Susan, Appreciate your feedback. Obviously, we disappointed you. I know we dropped the ball by over scheduling and poor communication. Regardless if we ran into trouble with earlier jobs, we did not schedule and communicate properly. I realized that our current system was setting us up for failure as we have grown exponentially. Too bad this was just a week before we implemented the changes. Unfortunately, it was not soon enough. That being said, I am glad you let us get the job done the next day. I will, Ray, Owner, will make it up to you... and not in the typically **next time you hire us** way. The silver lining in a not so great situation."
