Installed a dog door (which was fine) but failed to relay that the shelf above the dog door would prevent the door from being secured. Tried to shave the shelf back and did so horribly- promised to repair the shelf and then simply never bothered to return any attempts at communication. This happened before Xmas 2024 and it?s now March- no contact. He ruined my window sill and feels zero responsibility."

"One of their workers literally committed an aggravated assault on me in Gilbert Arizona Ron hasn't answered the phone or even called me back. The police came out after I called 911 I was taken to the hospital by ambulance. I have thousands of dollars in medical bills and will be out of work for a while. The awning installation they did at the hash kitchen here in Gilbert is done incorrectly . They have never installed this particular system before they admitted and when the wind blows there's a very good chance this thing is going to blow over as they didn't even use the correct hardware and they are literally out there trying to weld posts into different shapes to get them to fit burning holes in the sidewalk nothing is square the posts are not vertical the trim is not plum this thing is an absolute nightmare there's a good chance it's going to fall over and kill somebody. Please make sure you look at that recent reviews all over the place these guys rip people off . Do not trust these people around your family please I implore you not to do so. You can call the Gilbert Arizona Police Department and ask them for the report on the incident at hash kitchen on July 24th 2023 and see for yourself . This hot head employee of theirs has no teeth he appears like he probably had or currently has a drug addiction. Punched me with a closed fist multiple times and kicked me in the head . Completely without provocation . Mind you this is on video. Mind you he will be getting charged . I also overheard this employee talking about how he gets women drunk to the point they can't say no and takes advantage. There's also the guy named Jason who is supposedly the crew leader who allowed this all to happen and then when the police came denied anything to place at all. If you are lucky they will steal your money only if you're like me it will assault you cost new thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars and your awning might fall over and kill yourself or one of your guests because they don't know how to install it under the proper specs like they claim to"
