"I sent my rug to get cleaned and they had it for 2 weeks, I paid $120, and I honestly do not think they did anything with it. It came back looking exactly as it was when they picked it up, and even after using a steam cleaner on it once after I got it back at home, it looked way cleaner. Communication was slow and not proactive, and I had to follow to get an estimated delivery time as it extended beyond what I was initially told by a week. I added a star because the person that picked up and dropped off the rug was very friendly."
