Mr Thomas came at a time convieniant to me to provide an estimate - Sunday afternoon. He spent about 30 minutes taking measurements and discussing the job with me. He arrived on time to do the job but had to leave before getting around to cleaning the chairs. We agreed that he would come back next time he was in the area to finish with the chairs. The carpet looks great. Mr. Thomas was very personable and professional. update - two weeks later The chairs had been around for 25 years. There was no reason to be in a hurry to get them cleaned. This was made clear when Mr. Thomas had an unexpected shortage of time after cleaning the carpets. We arranged a later date when he was back in the area. (you shouldn’t ask a pro to come all the way across town for a $40 job if you can avoid it.) He returned later at a time convenient for me to do the chairs. It did not take long but he did have to lug some heavy equipment up some steps. The chairs look great now. Good lessons and discussion in history a bonus.

Richard was very pleasant on the phone. He called in advance of his arrival and gave an approximate arrival time. He was on time. The "CleanPro" process does not use steam or big hoses for extraction. Nice and quiet process. Richard was very informative in explaining the process. He got to work right away. Worked very **** ** a couple of tough stain areas to get them to his statisfaction. He walked us through the areas upon completion and pointed out areas where shadows made it seem as if the carpet might not have been clean or where the faintest, (I could not see it), outline of a stain might remain. A very pleasant and intelligent man to talk with. Nice to have dry carpet in just a couple of hours without the residue that soapy cleaning agents can leave behind or the humidity. Very well done Richard. Would use again.

Richard was great to work with, very professional and thorough. The carpets look great. He gave us an on-the-spot quote for work we added on at the last minute. He ended up coming in under what he estimated because he didn't charge us for work he didn't think needed to be done once he got a better look at how the carpets responded to treatment. I'd recommend Richard for your carpet cleaning needs.

Richard was very professional and pleasant to work with. The carpets look amazing and he was able to get 2 significant pet stains out which saved us having to replace the carpet. Will definitely use Cleanpro again.

We had a dog that was dying and made messes on the carpet over a period of about 3 months. We had anticipated replacing all of the carpeting but they were able to get all the stains out.

Started talking to Richard after purchase. Made appointment for 2 days later. He was very curtious and answered all my questions. I had 145sqft more and the additional price was above reasonable. I would and have recommended Denver Cleanpro to my family and friends looking for clean carpets.

We requested services on short notice in order to prepare for a couch delivery. Richard was very accommodating and professional. We had previously been unsuccessful in trying to clean the high traffic area with rental steam cleaners on two occasions, and we were considering replacing the carpet. The results from CleanPro were tremendous. We will definitely use again for the rest of the house.

He arrived when he said he would.  Our carpet was pretty dirty and he was able to get the large spot from the garage out and it looked great!

Cleaned the carpet in our whole house about 1100 sq. ft.

Richard came into the home, made his assessment of the job, took measurements and gave us his estimate. He worked quietly and thoroughly. The white carpet came with the house; I've always wanted to take it out and put in wood. But now, having been cleaned so well, I think I'll keep the white carpet because it looks white again. We were concerned about the odors but within a few minutes after he finished, the mild smell had left the house. The carpet took about 3 hours to dry completely and I very comforted to know that my 1 year old can crawl, lie down and take a nap on a carpet that both looks and "IS" clean. Richard and Denver Cleanpro's next job shall be to tackle our stair case, which has white carpet too!

Richard cleaned my carpet in the living-room, hall, and bedroom. We were a little worried that it would take quite a while to do the carpet but it only took about an hour. Richard is very pleasant and easy to work with. The carpet drys in most places within a couple of hours. I had my carpet done last year and it was so wet when they finished that I had to take out my cIeaner to suck up the excess water.  I would highly recommend Richard and his services.
