Since Gerald really want to get his crew working after the holidays, I received an outstanding price for this project. All of crew worked hard to quickly complete the project. Addtionally, Gerald even disposed of 2 broken/old office chairs & some other junk I wanted to hall to the junk yard. That saved me money that I might of had to pay to 1-800-GOT-JUNK. I have been doing this kind of work since the early 2000s, I have built multiple single-family homes from the ground up as well as a few commercial projects. I have had my hands in just about every aspect of the construction process. I am comfortable doing electrical, plumbing, drywall/sheetrock, carpet, framing, finishing, foundations, deck or patio, excavation, cabinets/ countertops, doors, brick, siding, concrete, and more.
