Moving Proz

It was a seamless process, from getting the quote to the job being finished! I was called 20 minutes prior to the truck arriving, as a courtesy. Thatâ  s great customer service! I greeted Ezra and Ny, who both shook my hand. They were both so polite, as well as very efficient! And many smiles from them during the move made my day much easier. They are truly top notch employees; you are lucky to have them! I will gladly recommend Moving Proz to my friends and neighbors. Kudos to Ezra and Ny! Great guys with great attitudes.

I recently had occasion to hire Moving Proz Family, Denver. In particular, I give five stars to their movers, Uli, Andy and Luis. They were quick, efficient, careful, and had great attitudes. I would definitely call them again for any moving services. Debby.

Some fellow reviewers on here sound insane. Alex and Crew just wrapped up our move and it could not have gone smoother. The guys were all friendly, helpful, hard working, and thoughtful with how they executed. Iâ m not planning on moving again anytime soon but if I need to, Iâ ll use Moving Proz again and Iâ ll ask for Alex and his guys. On top of all that, they were the best quote and end price I got around Denver by a mile.

FRAUDS FRAUDS FRAUDS. Where do I start with one of the most horrific and comical experience of my life. This company has the most fraudulent customer service agents (not based in the city listed) and the MOST INCOMPATANT movers that have ever existed. I made a small move from a 1 bedroom apartment to storage which should have taken 2 hours, but with the help of Moving Proz took almost 6 hours. Resulting in an estimate that went from $350 to $896. The movers they deployed were taking bathroom and cigarette breaks, playing games on their phone and had literally never completed a move until they came to my apartment. Just ridiculously questionable men asking me about how much I pay in rent and commenting on all of my personal belongings. Best part about this, they forgot tools to even disassemble anything. So we had to wait for a visit to the local hardware store! These are just a FEW of the issues with the move including DAMAGE to my furniture in front of my eyes! The biggest issue is the absolutely horrible customer service agent experience. Through the entire move I contacted the customer service line to express each of the concerns and issues, but I was sent to either a voicemail or a customer service agent (DANEIL N.) who was texting with the agent responsible for my move. This person refused to actually speak to me because they were in meetings, but continuously found time to text and email. Again not in Denver. This agent acknowledged the issue, but said they would call me back in a few days. After several emails asking when I was available....NO CALL. Almost 2 months later an (again) email threatening to chard my card on file for the full amount with only a discount to the issue from the perspective of the mover. Again after demanding to speak to this agent and airing my frustration with this experience and suggesting I would not pay a penny more until speaking to an agent, they continued to CHARGE my card. everything I try to communicate with DANIEL M. I get an email or contact from an agent underneath them who are completely unable to help me with the situation. Now we all hate overpaying for things and especially when the billing is inaccurate and there is no understanding of the process. I URGE YOU TO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. No accountability in the entire experience and just comically bad movers (who I would never trust to enter my home). Please do yourself the favor and use a better competitor in Denver. They are not worth the stress.

The guy setting up the appointments whose name I believe is John is quite the swindler as he provided me a low cost estimate so that I would put down the deposit and then the day BEFORE the move increased the amount by $200 so that it is too late to find other movers and get your deposit for canceling

The pre-move information taken is very comprehensive so they come well prepared for their job. The moving team worked well together and followed our directions. No time was wasted and they really know what they are doing. True professionals from start to finish. A great experience, and they actually performed the move in less time than the quote so the cost was less. Excellent!

Iâ ve done a fair number of moves. The service was excellent. Scheduling was excellent. The customer contact was excellent. I highly recommend this company to service.

Yuli and Jeremy did a great job. They worked hard start to finish and were very careful. I had a conflict with another delivery at the new place and they were very patient with me getting back to the old place. Finished on time and In quote. Pleasant to work with.

Isaiah And Zechariah were life savers with my move today. Not only were they professional and nice, but they were very careful with the furniture pieces they were moving, all while it was down pouring rain too. They were extremely helpful getting the larger pieces into my smaller storage unit also. Literally had been putting this off for too long and now Iâ m thankful I did because these two made a hard day very easy. Thanks guys!!

Run away! These guys have no communication between the sales team and the movers. The movers arrived a day ahead of our moving day to pack our kitchen, but they arrived with no packing supplies and had to make a return trip to the warehouse to pick up supplies. What a waste of time! We had the movers load up a storage unit full of our things the day before our townhome, and when they came to load our townhome, they brought the wrong truck with none of our stuff on it! They had sent our stuff on another truck to the wrong job! Aside from damaging several pieces of furniture because they simply did not wrap them in moving blankets, the back office is now denying any insurance claim because they forgot to charge us for the insurance coverage we asked for! Let me repeat that: they forgot to include insurance on our bill and now wont pay for damages! Do you like your furniture bashed to pieces? These are the guys for you. Otherwise, choose anyone else.

Beware! This group will not fairly remediate any repair situation. I am left astounded by moving pros terrible customer service. They quoted me $850 to move my piano. I paid $1400 + tip and they damaged my wall and baseboard in the meantime. They sent me to their claims department, which offered me $100. I replied that this is an unfair amount and I would like to know how they calculated that number. I told Kimberly, the girl handling this case, that it would make sense for us to get a quote from a licensed professional and then go from there. She said all of their vendors were busy, and to basically take it or leave it. I pushed back again and said, "$100 is unfair and all I want is for it to be repaired. Then she said, "There is a possibility that one of our vendors could come out next week. But you have to sign our company release waiver first.  I said I would sign it once the work was done, but she continued to argue that it was company policy that I sign it first. I feel ripped off after paying nearly double the quote. Zachariah, the local ops guy, said he would help too, and after multiple messages to him, only total silence. I have attached pictures and their release form, which literally says you release them forever.  At least he got a good laugh from that.

This company responded first and scheduled an urgent move of a piano on a day notice. Their communication at every step of the move was superb, and their people were uniformly courteous and professional.

Had a great experience with MovingProz. Called a few places and their pricing was very competitive. The movers were very courteous and did not waste any time. I would recommend their moving and packing services.
