"I needed to replace the carpet in my rental property and wanted something that flowed nicely but wasn?t carpet. Everyone I spoke with tried to push extremely expensive hardwood or tile, which just didn?t make sense for a rental. When I talked with Thomas, he suggested luxury vinyl plank (LVP) and took the time to explain why it was a better fit for what I needed. He explained that LVP is durable, water-resistant, easy to maintain, and holds up much better to tenant wear and tear, all while still looking clean and modern. The price difference was significant, and I really appreciated his honesty in recommending an option that made sense for my situation instead of trying to upsell me. The end result looked great, stayed within budget, and was exactly what I was looking for. I would absolutely recommend Founder's Renovation to anyone who values practical advice and fair pricing."

I found him quite knowledgeable about the materials and how to manipulate them using a computer program to create mock-up photos.
