They called us with plenty of notice as to when they would be there and arrived on time. They were polite and courteous and were able to raise our back patio up the 3 inches or so that it had dropped and did not make a mess. We appreciated the fact that they honored a quote they'd given us last year, even though it took us a while to be in a financial position to hire them."
