The estimates were broken down by paint category/type as well as the labor projections. Provided great feedback about color change considerations. We are booked for next Spring and looking forward to beginning work. This was also the only estimate that did not require at least a 20% down payment to book for Spring 2026, although 2 others did offer to wave upon hearing reasons for selection of this company vs their offer. This was not the least expensive nor the most expensive of 5 bids taken. Services performed at time of this review is the bid submission - no money paid at this time."

A roller will be faster and give you a more even coat than a brush for painting walls and ceilings, and it will avoid the visible texture you’d get from brushstrokes for a clean finish.
