There were several tradesmen involved as it was a complete gut. Found Groff in local listing search on internet as I like to hire from neighborhood. Aaron responded and never failed to respond within a reasonable time to my messages, gave a great price, had polite workmen who did cleanup after they finished. Aaron is very professional, laid back and reasonable. All issues were addressed timely. The painters were methodical and attentive to detail. Basement turned out beautifully

Strange experience with this company. Referred to me by Angie’s list. One week later, I still had not heard from them. Finally received a call; unable to answer, and they left a message. I returned their call the next day and left a message. They never called back. I emailed them and told them not to bother. Received a reply from the company President that they were installing some new “protocol?”, the inference being that this prevented them from using the phone to receive and make calls.

Living room was not done to satisfaction first pass. I called Groff and Aaron himself came out to see the job. He then sent a different painter who did an OUTSTANDING job. Meticulous. Afterward, I placed another order to have 2 story hallway walls and ceiling in stairwell and master bedroom painted using the painter who made corrections to the first pass. I couldn't be happier with the end result.

I had two spots that they should have cleaned and fixed, but they didn't. They were polite they didn't bother me, it was a simple bedroom painting, they stayed in there and did their job. It was just those two spots that if im an amateur and I can see them, they should of been able to see them.

This is our second time working with Aaron Groff. His exceptional work with a tight 2 week timeline during late spring high season resulted in an offer within 6 days on the market with daily multiple showings. Part of the project was a kitchen, wet bar & master bath remodel plus a refresh throughout the house internally and externally including garage and deck. From the moment we asked Aaron if the deadline was possible he responded with "what can I do to help?" We immediately were put at ease and knew he would make this deadline happen. Working with Aaron is a gift as he has a calming demeanor, professional and offers options within budget. He's an excellent communicator who works well with his team and with multiple outside contractors. We have twins and he is able to work with families. Our only regret is that we weren't able to write up a review sooner due to a move with our new home. We continue to refer Groff Painting and excited for our future projects with Aaron. One other accolade from Aaron's first project, specifically extensive external house, garage and deck, resulted in our neighbors receiving a solid accepted offer after months of showings. His work is exceptional and long lasting. Thank you Aaron for creating beautiful memories for our family!!

My husband and I are both happy with the color selections, and the quality of work was excellent. Aaron was easy to work with and I trusted his ideas and abilities. He and his team were responsive, punctual, tidy and all around great. My sister has used his services twice, I'm trying to convince my mom to use Aaron instead of painting herself, and I'll definitely call him for future projects. Highly recommend!

Horrendous experience. Although Aaron is a very nice guy- the best thing I can say is that this project was too big for them and they ultimately ended up ruining the trim in my home. I would have at the very least expected the painting to be done correctly/up to a high standard however that was not the case either. Aaron tried over and over again to fix the damages but things only were made worse. In the end, we went our separate ways without an acceptable job. I would never recommend this company.

The owner Aaron is very friendly and responsive. The quote price is similar as other companies but I decided to give a try on this one b/c of the Angies list award. The painter Edgar finished the tasks quickly and I am happy with the results. I will recommend this company to my friends and will use this service again. Thank you

They were suppose to give an estimate for my house. But when I called to schedule and appointment, they said that they were out of my area, which sounded so ridiculous considering I'm in the zip code AND I'm only 4 miles away.
