ProShield Pest Solutions

The guy came to my door, completely ignoring the No Soliciting sign and proceeded to sell this product. I needed pest control but had previously decided on another company so his timing was good enough to just go with it. This guy will tell you whatever you want to hear but beware - this product/service does not live up to their claims. The "crew" came to the house and rubbed an over-sized toilet brush over the outside, said it contained pesticide and would prevent spiders from building webs. It does not. He said it would control many other things: silver fish, centipedes, spiders, etc. It does not. What's worse is when I placed a call to the company and they did not return my call. Instead, I got a text response telling me that my house now has a shield around it. It does not. When they came to "treat" my house the second time, because I was noticing an increase in those very pests, I asked for a return call because I expressed my displeasure with their service. They never returned my call. Now I'm at the end of summer and have had to treat my own exterior with Home Defense and remove the spider webs around the exterior and in the lights over the doors. I still have not received a return call. Going to get an attorney involved. This place is a joke.
