I'm a senior, I am sensitive to wifi. I thought I had fleas at first, biting sensation on the skin, so I called EDGE and was quickly coerced into a $1400 contract. There was never any bug test done for bugs just a fat contract. I replaced my wifi router with a cable router and canceled the wifi. I went to the doctor, bought a digital microscope and realized there were no fleas in my home, I tried for months to get out of their contract for $1400 I did not need, nope they held me to it. My credit card was charged constantly for one year until the $1400 was used up. The last two appts I would not let EDGE on my propety and they charged my card an additional $200 anyways. The Edge service providers are always very professional. I am given a window of time they will be here and they are always here at that time. I am contacted when they are on their way. When they arrive they come to the door and tell me what they are going to do and ask if I need anything else. After they are done they tell me what they found, what they did and that they will come back for no extra charge if needed. I have never had this level of service from any other company.

Very well - tech was on time (and in the early part of the window I had been given), inspected the area where I had concerns, determined that nothing additional was needed, and was gone - all within about 10 minutes. Easy to get this additional service scheduled - visit was within about 2 days of when I called to schedule it.

The technician was thorough as always. These pests are persistent but so is Edge Pest Control and Mosquito Service.

Very good, thorough and professional.

Whatever they're spraying seems ineffective do all the insects and spiders around the house. Never really saw a difference, we call him they come out and spray again, and still would see spiders and insects everywhere.

They always go above & beyond the service and their technicians explain everything clearly and are friendly & professional.

Tyler was timely, professional, and diligent.

Chris was great. Very knowledgeable about what he does. He did a great job and I am hopeful to get rid of the gophers

Everything about Edge is great. We get called a half hour before they get here. No matter which guy comes, they are very pleasant. We are always asked if we have any specific problems. We are always reminded that, since we are under contract, to call anytime and they would be right out. When we had a problem with wasp nets, they came out anytime we saw a new one. E have had them a couple of years and I wouldn't use anyone else.

1st visit out the technician placed a few bait boxes and put 4 mouse traps in the house then laughed at me on his way out of the house and said "good luck with your mice". 2nd technician visit the guy was extremely nice and walked around the house but said he didn't see any holes that they could get in through. 3rd visit, today, technician was late and then said they do not fill any holes and if they do it would be an extra charge of $75. Why this wasn't mentioned back in August when I FIRST signed a two year contract is aggravating to say the absolute least.

Very well! The service was thorough and comprehensive. The exterminator gave good suggestions to make the job more long lasting.

Overall excellent experience. The technician was very professional and did a good job explaining what he was doing and why it was being done. The treatment seems to be effective so far. Would highly recommend this company to others.

Great! Serviceman (apologies I forgot his name) was excellent and respectful. Immediately after submitting the request, I heard back from Edge and they were not pushy when I asked to check on some things before making a decision. They answered all my questions and I have not encountered any surprises, at least not yet. Only reason I didnt rate quality is because it has only been a few days and I know this type of work takes time

I am so impressed! After they sprayed around our home and gutters, we had no bugs or spiders for the entire summer. They are pricier, and do make you sign a year or two contract, but they are the best company we have ever hired for pest control. We have lived in Texas and Arizona before Colorado, so I have used pest control companies in the past. And their service people are very professional. Worth every penny.

I had three treatments. The last treatment(8/10), the tech said that there would be a free re service if the bed bugs persisted.Friday, it took me hours to finally reach someone on the phone and request a follow up treatment(I had bedbugs that morning). I was told that I had to contract with a bundle package(all other pests, more money) before I could get remediation and a guarantee. I explained that all I needed were the bed bugs to be gone!!!!! I didn't want service for wasps, spiders, etc! I paid for each service, each time a different technician showed up, one time in a personal vehicle. I said that I was unhappy, frustrated and what could they do to make this right, but all I heard was I could get a new bundle contract for the guarantee! This company has completely dropped the ball! I was also told from customer care that the technician didn't use insect growth regulator solution, which should have been applied with the first service! I run a bed and breakfast and through this miserable experience, I had to turn away guests. My previous review said "the jury is out" on the final verdict and I say "guilty" for not performing the effective services and following up with a free retreatment promised by the tech. August 10th. I would not hire them again.

I think the results and ease of use are what keeps us using them. The service takes probably 10 minutes. They call and let me know before hand that they are coming. They send one person and he is very courteous and polite.
