As with any project, there were some surprises along the way with material selection or scheduling problems with sub-contractors, but Daniel was proactive and responsive. We worked together to find solutions that met our budget and materials preferences and the costs were clear from day one. For each progress billing we knew and agreed with all work being billed. We ended up so pleased working with Daniel that we expanded our project to include some additional work in the basement. We would highly recommend them."
