I asked them to fix those problems and then inspect the trailer for any other problems. They fixed the issues, and created solutions that were cost effective and much more robust than the original design. He and his crew came over on a Saturday afternoon and tore drywall down and trim work out, carrying everything to the dumpster. Any follow up that was needed was co-ordinated and adhered to with me. When it came time to start finishing work they arrived at the agreed time and stayed on task until the job was completed. The painting was done equal to or better than the builder's painters and finish work was spot on; can't tell there was ever a problem.
