"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. "An excellent experience from start to finish! I left a message with Quick Appliance for them to give me a quote for a dryer repair. Their friendly office person responded within the hour and had me a booked appointment for me within the next 48 hours (one bigger company I contacted had promised me 10 days!). The technician, Nohea, was on time and extremely polite, warm and professional in our home. While we decided that the problems with the dryer were too big to warrant repair, he was able to diagnose the problems and give me alternatives, including timelines and costs. As I say, my wife and I immediately decided to replace the dryer - and even then Nohea suggested some recommendations of where to buy new. I would not hesitate to recommend Quick Appliance to others. Thank you!"

2008 years of experience

Appliancezone.com is a leading on-line retailer of appliance parts and accessories for do-it-yourself homeowners. Incorporated in 2008, it was started by CEO, Jim Allen and his wife Paula, who operated an appliance repair business for nearly fourteen years prior to starting the internet company Appliance Zone.

"This is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts."

Mountain High Appliance is Colorado's most complete appliance source, offering every major appliance line as well as delivery and professional installation.

"Bought floor model (Sub Zero, Thermidor) appliances that got damaged because they weren’t packed properly, and find out afterwards there are no manufacturers warranty when we were told the exact opposite. Now we are left with voicemail that never get returned. Unaccountable, bold faced lies, just like shopping for a used car."

"I listened on the phone before I disconnected and heard Jamie laugh loudly as she hung the phone up. That was rude. Repair tech was unprofessional and unconventional in procedure. Promises were not kept. Misquoted fee. Over charged for labor. I Will not do business again and will tell all that will listen; about my experience with Bob's Appliance Service. I called Bob's Appliance Service on Thursday about a water leak under my refrigerator in a rental. I was unable to get to and inspect myself. The tenants had looked and cleaned water from under it and could not figure out if any more water was coming out. So, I called the closest repair place I found on the web. Bob must pay to be on the top of the list cause he showed up there. (Too bad it does not go by performance/price) I talked to a Shey, he said he was a repairman and stated he would be the one to go out to do the repair. Then he told me he could not get there till Monday afternoon. (Four days show up for a water leak that may or may not be contained) Shey offered no Emergent time schedule at all. (Me expecting to hear one with double the cost) I was pretty sure it was contained so agreed to the four day response. I asked what the diagnostic charge was and he said "Eighty Dollars". I thought that was a reasonable price as I was pretty sure it was a crease/crack in the plastic water line. Simple fix. I confirmed the appointment and told him to call me when he was on his way out to the house as I needed to inform the tenant. I also was going to see if the problem could be resolved by the tenant over the weekend. I asked Shey what the cancelation policy was; he told me as long as he has not arrived to the house, I could cancel with no charge. This was acceptable and I did not worry as he was to call me while on his way. I thanked him and hung up. I did get the Renter to shut the water off to the refrigerator over the weekend. Monday afternoon I get a call from a Triston asking for a $153.38 payment telling me that he could take my card number right then. I asked if he had been to the house or are still there and he said he had left and the fix was completed. I was put a back; I actually verbally stammered, this was a number of misspoken promises and a surprise at the cost of splicing a 5/16" plastic tube of $153.38. Also, I agreed to a diagnostic and gave no authorization for repair. (Expecting a call before arrival and before repair). I asked for an invoice and there was none. (Digital or any other sort) I told Triston to have the office call me to complete our transaction... I received a call from a Jamie on Tuesday afternoon. I asked to have an invoice Emailed to me. After some doing I received one while we were still on the phone. That is when I saw the diagnostic charge - $88.00, 5/16" connector part - $5.00, and labor charge - $60.00. Tax - $.38. I explained I was quoted an 80 diagnostic charge from Shey and gave no authorization to effect repairs. (The renter would have been "OK" with no water coming out of the refrigerator) there was silence on Jamie's end. I continued with explaining: All home repair facilities I have ever Managed and worked with include a deduction or inclusion of diagnostic charge into the labor. Or, if the repair is performed, the diagnostic charge included that labor if below a one hour time span. Silence on Jamie's end. Not to mention; I gave no authority to continue with any repair. I left the silence a float for an uncomfortable amount of time. Then, not being an arguing person, I told Jamie I brought these topics up for her review as I would most likely include them In a review of my experience and.. silence on Jamie's end. I asked if she was ready for my card number and she said "yes"... right away. I gave it to her, completed our transaction and wished her a good day and listened before she hung up the phone.."

Heavenly Heat Infrared Saunas are made for the chemically sensitive. That means that our infrared saunas create an ideal, safe, and effective detoxification environment for anyone seeking to eliminate toxic substances from their body.

"Terrible! Wish I had gone with another company. Here is the issue with Heavenly Heat. If your sauna arrives damaged or and issue arrives -- they have zero technical support. Your repairs will be done by any "joe" that heavenly heat finds to do the repair in your area. They will have no experience with Sauna's and are given no instructions regarding the chemical free aspect of these sauna's. The worst part is the buyer, me, was treated as if I was the problem for wanting my sauna repaired correctly. I would have refused the delivery had I realized I was receiving a damaged sauna and would have to spend hours and days trying to get this resolved. The owner, Bob Morgan, is extremely responsive before he has your money but after, is a different story. When inquiring about the sauna he would respond generally within 10 minutes. After you purchase, and particularly if you have a problem with it, you are treated as if you're a nuisance. My sister bought a competitors sauna around the same time and the service she received from knowledgable representatives was a world of difference from my experience. My other issue was that there were shipping delays and Bob would never communicate them. I would have to pursue him to get information. I think they make a decent sauna but I would not recommend for reasons stated above."

Maintenance includes regular filter cleaning, checking water connections, and ensuring that the unit operates at optimal efficiency without blockages.

The average dishwasher lasts between nine and 10 years. With great maintenance and care, your dishwasher’s lifespan could last up to 12 years. It all depends on how often you use it and how well you’ve maintained it.

Yes, due to its warm and dark nature, roaches find appliances to be the perfect location to lay eggs. It's for this reason that addressing a cockroach in an appliance should be handled quickly. Once the roach makes a home in an appliance, it's only a matter of time before they nest and begin laying eggs.

The easiest way to dispose of your stove is likely to call a junk removal service, which can carry it away for a fee. If you have a truck of your own (and a strong enough group of companions), you may be able to deliver it to your local appliance recycling center yourself.

The temperature on your oven thermostat is actually an average temperature. It’s normal for an oven’s actual temperature to vary by a few degrees at any given time. In other words, when you test the thermostat, your oven thermometer may never hit 350 degrees Fahrenheit exactly (though gas ovens tend to be more on the nose). You may want to take a few readings with an oven thermometer just to get a sense of why your gas oven is not heating correctly.
