Even a direct text asking if he was no longer interested went unanswered. I became concerned something might have happened to him and called from a different number, at which point he finally answered, citing being overbooked with other projects. A simple acknowledgement of his lack of interest would have been sufficient and prevented this negative review. His behavior suggests he's young, unprofessional, and likely inexperienced.
