"The whole process went very well. Sam was very flexible with timing in providing the quote and doing the work. He provided a written quote when we initially met, as well as input on his availability for starting the job. We were renovating a house we just bought, and Sam accommodated my request to finish the floors in the bedrooms first, and the main living area a few weeks later. He provided a referral to a hardwood floor installer who was able to lace in the new hardwood kitchen floor with the existing dining room floor. Sam used two coats of an oil-based finish, which provided a rich, era-appropriate look for our mid-century house. He was easy to reach via text, and responded promptly. He did the work himself, and came in on the weekend to finish the job."
