I am a general purpose handyman who specializes in plumbing work. I can make small repairs and clear drains on toilets and sinks, I can do small repairs or modifications to water supply lines in an area accessible under the house or in the crawl space, I can repair or replace fixtures such as garbage disposals, faucets, hose bibs and things of the like. I do not have access to a large drain clearing machine (sewer auger) but can operate one if expenses are covered for a rental. Any other small household projects such as hanging shelves or minor carpentry repairs are things I am willing and able to do.

Juan was instrumental in developing the overall design concept, as well as brainstorming ideas for how to implement some of the custom details that we wanted (including a drink table for our hot tub!). He offered various design schemes for the deck boards, railing and stairs, as well, presenting options for upgraded looks and function while never pushing for pricier items (he even steered us away from the highest end composite panels because he didn't believe that we would benefit enough from it). Ricky and the construction team were friendly, always on time and created an extremely sturdy and attractive deck that was just as cool - or better - than Juan described during the design. Overall, GreenHouse delivered on their promises, finishing in even less time than they estimated and at the agreed budget price with no change orders or markups along the way. I highly recommend them and would happily hire them again!"
