THE FIRST TIME THEY CAME OUT TO INSTALL THE DOOR THEY BROUGHT THE INCORRECT DOOR. THE INSTALLERS WERE VERY UPSET THAT THEY HAD DROVE ALL THE WAY WITH THE WRONG DOOR. THEY WERE CURSING AROUND OUR KIDS.
