"Jack, Amanda and their crew did an excellent job, with good communication to explain exactly what they would be doing. We had questions about the pressure washing phase, but Jack took the time to demonstrate exactly how the cedar siding would react to more aggressive pressure. We ended up using a Sherwin-WIlliams SuperDeck CedarTone transparent stain which was perfect for our project. We’ll use JK Construction again. Nicely done!"

"Steve and Tent did a wonderful job. The job turned into a bigger project than originally planned and Steve took it all in stride. He resloped the front of the property after installing 9 huge blocks for a retention wall, then reshaped the driveway and parking deck. It's exactly what I wanted! "Wayne Ross, is a very respectful hard working PRO. He does exactly what he tells you he will do , he put in a Patio door for me when Others were saying it was to much work and the price was WAY much for me to pay, it just could Not be done , HA ! Wayne had NO PROBLEM at all putting it in , witch greatly helped me be able to get my Six little Dogs out without needing to shovel snow that is SO Very Hard for me to do, the door looks BETTER then I ever thought it would , He is your PRO If you need something done , CALL HIM !!"

"They were very good, work was very professional. Very responsive to my needs and request. I would give a grade of A for top quality work. He even followed up with installing exterior lights for us. They yard fence was also pressure washed and stained. Looks almost new. Work site was very clean after work was completed. I would hire them for any future work."
