"The job I had Carl to do for me was very big. He added a 750 sqft sunroom addition onto the front of my home, tying into the existing roof and matching existing stucco. I also had him reroof my whole home and add a covered walk tying into a shed that hadn't been delivered yet. It turned out beautiful. He did a great job and kept the cost within budget. I'm very happy with his workmanship and customer service, especially when faced with a problem. I'd definitely recommend him. He's easy to work with too. The job may have taken longer than expected, but when all of the building materials get delayed because a major hurricane diverts the entire country's supply chain to storm damaged areas, there's not much that can be done to overcome that but wait. Carl is straightforward and dependable. Overall, the finished work is excellent; you can't even tell that the room is an addition from the inside or the outside of the house. If I do have any problems (which I don't expect to), I know that I can count on Carl to come and address them. He's trustworthy and cares about his work. That's rare. No need to look further, he's the guy for your job. His subcontractors on my job were excellent too. The roofers were the only ones I had any trouble with, but Carl addressed the problem without question. Thanks Carl!! I'll call you first for future projects!"

"Vargas Home Improvement did an outstanding job on our project: resurfacing our wood deck with composite boards, posts, and rails. First and foremost, the owner, Rudy, was always timely in responding and communicating with us. Throughout all phases of the project, Rudy kept us informed and listened and responded to any and all questions or concerns that arose. Everyone that showed up on the work site was friendly, had a great deal of experience, and were hard workers. The price for the project was very reasonable in comparison to other quotes we received. Therefore, our project finished early, came in within budget, and we were updated and kept informed throughout the whole project. That's a successful project and we would definitely recommend Vargas Home Improvement, and Rudy will be our first call for any other similar projects in the future."

"Jarrad and his crew were great. We had no idea where to start or how to start and Jarrad was able to get everything going that needed to happen to build our home. It?s always nerve racking not knowing if your vision will come out looking good or not but Jarrad kept us fully informed on how it would turn out and how the schedule was coming along. All in all we were very happy with their skill and attitude. Would definitely recommend."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Will (Gene) and his crew did a major remodel of our upstairs. They moved two walls, totally made a new bathroom, moved sink, shower and toilet, and replaced tile and flooring. They added larger windows to our bedroom, and replaced part of wood flooring and custom cedar ceiling in bedroom. Absolutely outstanding job. Also, had one small plumbing issue, and we alerted him of it late Friday night, and he was here to correct it Saturday morning . Customer satisfaction is definitely definitely extremely important to them. Will (Gene) and Johnny were great, and Mandy, Isabella and Paul (drywall, paint and cleanup crew) were equally impressive.
