Wide variety of skills from years of electrical, auto, plumbing, appliance, yard/landscaping, furniture assembly and random/custom builds, troubleshooting and general maintenance. "When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

"My dog scratched, without puncturing through the leather,  large areas of my red leather chair and ottoman with his claws.  The Leatherman attempted to repair these, but, in my opinion, was unsuccessful.  My matte-finished, cherry red leather is now fire-engine red, and VERY shiny. It is not too strong a word to say that I hate it.  It does not match the rest of the chair and ottoman.  And, only part of the scratches were covered by his repair product.  I guess it was worth a try, for only $175 (the chair and ottoman were $2,700,) but, I am very disappointed in the results.

"They are a nice provider. I talked to them on the phone for about 30 minutes and they sent some samples. We were able to get a discount on designer purchases but not useful on designing the space. Once we told them what we wanted, they were able to help purchase from the warehouse and save about $1,500. I think they became too busy with this big deal. You buy a ticket per room and we still actually have a couple left with this provider. After redesigning one room, we kind of ran out of steam and have not designed the other rooms. Overall this is a good service and it's a good concept. Whomever I spoke with, she was really nice. I would recommend this provider. This kind of service seems to be for people with time and knows exactly what they want. They are super helpful with the designer discount from the warehouse. They don't actual design your room which is slight flaw."
