Affordable Water Damage (AWD) was essential to the successful closing of my townhome during a busy Spring home-selling season this year. Steve with AWD was not only able to begin assisting us quickly but was able to connect and coordinate with other contractors for separate projects that we also needed to finish during an unexpected mold and piping issue in my basement. His ability to spot issues, explain the situation in an understandable matter, move on decisions that we made to mitigate, remain in contact, and again coordinate with other contractors so the process kept moving along during a tight time frame was invaluable.
