"The carpet in the home I just purchased had dog stains, something greasy on the carpet in places, and filthy linoleum in the kitchen and bathrooms. Jonathan and Jonathan did an excellent job cleaning the floors in the entire house. The carpet looks new, and everything smells clean. The linoleum is really clean--I can see now how dirty it was before. I really appreciate the quick service and the excellent work!"

"1. The description of the service does not provide any information about requiring an 18" by 18" hole cut into my heating system. 2. While Luis immediate saw a work around via my humidifier, I find it deeply distressing that Lowe's and Angie's List did not inform this, no less than DRAMATIC, intrusion would be required on my heating system. 3. Luis appear to generally do a good job, but did not clean up in one of the areas leaving a great deal of dust and debris. 4. Most frustrating was that Luis DID NOT replace the furnace filter properly. This oversight could nearly be regarded as incompetent. Luis is a good person, needs to pay attention to these details. More distressing is the FAILURE TO ADEQUATELY describe the process that requires intrusion into the system. Also, a MAYBE should be provided above whether I would employ this service again. WRONG LOWES .... WRONG ANGIES LIST."
