"I needed to replace the carpet in my rental property and wanted something that flowed nicely but wasn?t carpet. Everyone I spoke with tried to push extremely expensive hardwood or tile, which just didn?t make sense for a rental. When I talked with Thomas, he suggested luxury vinyl plank (LVP) and took the time to explain why it was a better fit for what I needed. He explained that LVP is durable, water-resistant, easy to maintain, and holds up much better to tenant wear and tear, all while still looking clean and modern. The price difference was significant, and I really appreciated his honesty in recommending an option that made sense for my situation instead of trying to upsell me.
