Ryan and his team provided services in a professional manner. They made an appointment and showed up on time and performed a thorough site survey. Based on their site survey, they provided a detailed estimate in a timely manner. Upon acceptance of their estimate, they scheduled time to complete the task. They showed up on time, and despite the 100+ degree temperature, they restored and upgraded the stalls and stall doors, installed and adjusted them, and (just as importantly) cleaned up the job site and left the barn in a pristine, almost new, condition. They were polite, professional, and diligent. We are ecstatic about their work and work ethic and are already planning on having them perform more services for us.

Ryan and his team are some of the best we have hired in the past, and we have hired many various workers for small to large projects. Very professional, honest & trustworthy, and friendly. A pleasure to work with, and he and his team did an excellent job building a beautiful deck and custom shed, as well as taking care of multiple interior projects we just did not want to do ourselves. ;) We highly recommend and will use him often. (Have already asked for bids on two additional projects.)

Ryan of Overbuilt was extremely professional. He was very reasonably priced. They cleaned up each day they were on the job. Ryan was very personable. He was so conscientious of our HOA rules and the condo neighbors. The board members wanted to name Overbuilt, LLC as a preferred Handyman contractor for our Condominiums community. I will higher him again for future projects. We are so impressed with this young man and his father.

I found this company to be excellent keeping appointments, or calling when late. I plan on using them again.

Ryan came out while I wasnâ t home and took care of fixing the fence. He was able to take the time that we didnâ t have and complete a project that was months in the process. Due to high demand last December when the storm knocked out fences across the city, the repair cost was very high. We worked at it ourselves but it took extra time as well fighting with the weather. Ryan was able to finish the job in a few hours and it was worth the money to have someone else do it.

Overall good experience.

Overbuilt were TOP NOTCH from start to finish! They tore down and hauled off my crumbling deck in one day. Returning everyday until they had completed the beautiful, solid deck we have now! Their keen eye and craftsmanship is unique and hard to find! After framing they realized a flaw in the actual foundation of our home that the deck was attached to cause the old deck to warp and decay. These guys took the extra two days to tear down the recently built frame, repair someone else’s faulty work and continue to rebuild it perfectly. Also fixed a variety of different things around our home. A sink, door nob, electrical. Oh and car advice! They know auto repair as well! 10 out of the 10

Overbuilt, L.L.C. provided a great product, delivering what was agreed to per the specifications, taking an unfinished large space, installing R60 insulation in the attic, R24 in the walls, upgrading the lighting, and electrical, building a second floor with a handicap ramp, and power lift (elevator). They also upgraded the large commercial doors, moved windows, installed Gladiator GearWall and GearTracks, and reconfigured a stairwell. It was a fantastic job.

These guys are great I have used them for multiple types of projects but I only could select one in my review. They have done tile work assembly work on furniture painting electrical work And more. They are my first call whenever I need anything done.
