Helping Hands was outstanding! Prompt, courteous and thoughtful with our move. The owner came out for the estimate which was a major factor in selecting HH. I’d recommend them anytime.

Mike and Mark helped me move the heavy stuff. 5 star job all the way through.

Very nice people. I would have given them 5 stars but the discount offered to me unsolicited was not honored. The amount I’m talking about is 10s of dollars so not extremely material to my financial situation. It is the principle of it! So if you use them make sure you get a written quote that has the discount stated. Again a discount was not brought up by me, they asked if I fit any of their categories and then at that point I was told I would get a certain percent off. On the day of the move I even had to bring it up since the movers knew nothing of the deal that was agreed to. The mover tried to justify not getting what was agreed to by putting it on me that I got 3 movers instead of 2. So I did end up paying for less than 3 hours when the estimate of the one bedroom apartment move would be 3-4 hours to move at $155 per hour. How many movers that were sent was not based on my need or request it was based on their needs for the day. Since I could not contact their office I asked the mover to contact the person who set up my move so we can settle the issue. He either couldn’t or would not. So bottom line is consider them when getting quotes but make sure all is in writing before selecting. Each mover was given a $20 cash tip($60 total)

It went excellent! I am extremely pleased with the service. I called a day before I needed moving services, and Helping Hands worked me into its schedule. My point of contact was Tony who was most accommodating. It was my intent to use one of the Angie's discount coupons, and Tony explained both to me, and offered to accept either one. We agreed on the 2 man x 2 hour coupon which I think is a really great deal. When the fellows arrived (which was right on time), 3 guys made up the crew, but it was made clear the cost was still for 2-guys. What a great deal Helping Hands Moving provided! The fellows, Mark, Shawn and James worked great as a team. I was emptying two self storage units and the guys loaded all the goods lickedy-split. When we got to my home the job got a little harder. The plan involved putting much of the goods in overhead ceiling racks that I had constructed. It was time consuming and admittedly I held the fellows up with some logistic processes I was doing to try and keep track of what was being put where. But the fellows were most patient with me and did the work as quickly as my somewhat illogical processes allowed . I asked them to pack the racks tightly and they did a better job that I could have done. I was most pleased with their work. They finished up the job as quickly as possible and headed out. After a night's sleep, I decided to call the company and authorize them to change the rate to the 3-man x 2 hr discount rate. Amazing they declined. They said a deal is a deal and the cost remained unchanged. How many companies do you know of that would do this? I was most impressed and even happier that I had chosen Helping Hands. If you need moving services, I highly recommend you call Helping Hands Moving for an excellent job and exceptionally fair treatment.

If you need movers, Helping hands (HH) is one of the best movers out there in Colorado Springs. Overall, I am happy with the move. The movers are on time and these guys are fast. I will definitely hire HH again on my next move.

Steve and the crew were fantastic, patient, funny, and got the job done in an efficient and careful way. Nothing was broken and when we were moving into our new place, there were a few times when we changed our minds about where particular things should go. It was very pleasant from our first contact with Tony in the office to the locks on the truck by Mike and Ryan. They all are very professional and take pride in and are very experienced with what they do. We would highly recommend them to everyone. They have very fair prices as well!

They moved a bedroom set, sectional couch and a treadmill. It had to be taken apart to get it out of the room, moved to a new location and reassembled. They did it all with no problems. They were great!

Justin & Mark were very flexible, accommodating and efficient. They reused boxes and packing materials we'd saved from our last move and provided great tips and insight to help prepare for our pending move.

These guys were fabulous. So easy to work with and they didnt daudle. They were careful with everything and even helped put together beds and a refrigerator.

I have moved in the military for the past 20 years almost every two years. Helping hands is by far the most professional flexible moving company and people I have ever experienced. And it starts with the owner, Steve. They genuinely care about providing good service. As most of you know this process is very stressful, but helping hands made it so much easier and I’ve experienced in the past.

Movers (3 men) were punctual, hard-working and very respectful. Move took nearly 8 hours. Good value for the money. I would call Helping Hands again!

We used other company years before however they where about 20% more on there quote. So after several conversations with the owner, gave these guys a chance. They where a god send. Expense was very reasonable. Movers nice guys and they exceeded everything my wife and I thought.

The workers were helpful, patient, polite, prompt, and everything I could ask for. I am very happy with the moving job they did. I couldn't be any more satisfied. The job price is competitive at $139/hr.

Arrived on time and coordinated parking so as to assist them in their transport of the goods. We had hired them before to move, but not pack. This time, we had them pack and move and it went very well. Nice young guys, worked fast and efficiently.VERY reasonably priced and nothing was broken between moves. Yes, it was only a five mile move, but still, I've seen these go bad quickly. Personable and enjoyed working with them.
