They came out, provided a competitive quote, and after reviewing some other companies I decided to work with New Legacy. During the work, they uncovered a lot of rot in the structure so we pivoted to replacing the whole deck. It was a seamless, albeit more expensive, transition but I’m happy with the end result. Thanks New Legacy!"

We wanted a flowing design with lots of curves and balance and he nailed it. Patterson landscaping sub contracts the physical work and I felt the subcontractors sometimes lacked the vision for the project, but nothing would happen until we were satisfied with the layout and plan. In the end we got an amazing patio at a fair price. We have already recommended Patterson Landscaping to friends and neighbors who have seen the finished project."
