I worked with Jesse and his team and they were awesome! I had new sod laid in my backyard and also had my fence fixed. They did an amazing job all within 5 hours! They came super early and got it done before 2pm! WOW! The workers were professional and did a fantastic job!

Communication was bad. I wanted more done in my backyard then they did. I even emailed them and told them what I wanted, which they responded that they understood. I couldnâ t be home during the project so I couldnâ t make sure it was done correctly. For the amount of money I paid I thought it would all be done, but it wasnâ t.

Jesse, the Project Manager, was great to work with and did everything we asked. This included picking out rock with us and going to a nursery with us to pick out plants. The 2 workers were also easy to work with. Everyone was professional, courteous and friendly. We would recommend them highly and use them again.

Quality of sod was great. I just wish they would have given me general maintenance instructions for the new installation.

The team at Shamback Contrivers were communicative and professional. They responded to any inquiries promptly, showed up when they said they were going to, and did a great job transforming our front/back yard. I appreciated in particular that they were willing to respond to feedback when we had any concerns, and I'd have no hesitation recommending them to others.

We hired then to move around bushes and plant trees, put down pavers, and add a drip line to our backyard. They are also put down some garden and driveway lighting Jesse and team were awesome! Very responsive and communication was great. We've hired then twice now and wouldn't hesitate to do it again.

They placed rocks by the gate and gate could not open all the way anymore and trash bins cannot come in and out anymore. Emailed them twice to go fix it, no answer.

They didn't time the completion of the job well, soon we couldn't see it because it was dark. Had to self adjust the gate door ourselves. No follow up from the company.

Jesse was very responsive to my email and came out within a day to give me an estimate. We did reschedule the actual work because of weather and their other jobs, but they emailed me to let me know what was going on every step of the way, and showed up on time to finish the work when they promised. I would use them again.
