"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"DESIGNER - BUILDING PROJECT: Connie helped me with a full redesign of my Manitou Springs home. It is a smaller home that we optimized space to full utilization, opened it up to make it seem larger and she added unique touches in kitchens and bathrooms which always get great comments from the visitor. This included every from design, layout, helping with the general contractor, replacement appliances, a heating system using mini-split vs. traditional forced air, instant hot water heater, etc. Her unique view of colors and looks will give you something different from your typical looks so your place looks special. Professional, caring, and timely. Would recommend for any project. INTERIOR DECORATOR PROJECT: Redesigned and modernized a 1950s ranch in Cripple Creek. Great ideas on space design, bathroom, and kitchen redesigns. Color choices inside and outside were wonderful. Coordinated with GC on major work and performed finish work, painting, and room layouts.
