"Franco was very quick to respond. He was able to get our job scheduled within the same week. He performed some mortar repointing, repair of cracked brick, a new concrete cap, natural gas log install, chimney sweep, and damper lubrication. Very trustworthy, went above and beyond to help oversee a delivery that arrived while i was out of the house."

"The technician was clearly knowledgable, on time, clean, and courteous. He took the time to show me what he found going on with, and what he was doing about it. I highly recommend Matt!"

"We were in desperate need of a Water Heater replacement! Our 11 year old tank had had it. Seth was very quick to respond and held a very reliable conversation. The professionalism carried into the work. Not only did we secure a new tank , our venting was updated along with gas lines and water valve. I felt he cared about what was needed and his work. Excellent customer service, excellent work , and definitely recommend."

"We had separate water heater and furnace boiler which was leaking gas and carbon monoxide and had to be turned off by Atmos Gas. We chose VIP Plumbing and James Cook responded with Robert to rescue us. They assessed the job gave a bid and ordered a new Navien Combo-Boiler faster than we had any hope to get heat again! They were very professional in all regards. James told me to keep his card handy and I did the next day we had a major drain clog in our 50 year old pipes! He came out and cleared our drains perfectly and even took high def pictures so we could see there was NO roots coming through! We really can't say enough about VIP Plumbing and they left NO mess! Fifty years of soot in our furnace was UGLY! We now have on demand hot water (no running out) and the whole house is warm again! They are pet friendly as well! We highly recommend their services!"

"I called 3 other plumbers before finding Dave. One never called back, one called back 3 dyas later, one committed to come then backed out. Dave ansered the phone, responded to my home the same day and temporarily resolved the problem. He ten returned on Saturday to install a new water heater. He is friendly, fair priced, very competent, responsive and just overall a FANTASTIC plumber. We will deefinately call Dave back when needed and he will be a 'higly recommend' to our friends."

"My old water heater went out yesterday and of course leaked water all over. I shut it off and stopped the leaking. Called early this morning looking for someone to install a new one. Jim was actually sent over by another plumber who could not get to my job right away. Jim showed up, looked at the job, we talked about the options and he gave me a bid. Let to get the new water heater. We back in about thirty minutes. He had to make some changes to the water and gas lines. Added shut offs and installed new one. Took the time to explain operation and maintenance of the new one. Cleaned up the work site. Removed all debris and old water heater. I was impressed with his work and his attitude.
