Service Pro

We woke up on Sunday morning and the house was cold - furnace was not working. I waited until Monday to call Service Pro as we were able to heat the house with our gas fireplace and I wanted to avoid a weekend service charge (assumed that would be the case but I didn't call). I had used Jeff Brown at Service Pro previously so I emailed Jeff first thing in the morning. He called before noon and said he was buried all day but would swing by after 4:00. He called back and informed me that he wouldn't be able to make it until after 5:00 but was sending his service tech out to help. Jeremy, his service tech, arrived early and quickly diagnosed the problem (a cracked igniter coil). He also checked the rest of the furnace to make sure there were no other problems. Jeremy confirmed the part was available and that he would go pick up and give to Jeff to bring out (it was Jeremy's day off and he came out anyway). Jeff arrived shortly after 5:00 with the part and quickly installed and tested the unit. He also went over other items on the furnace to make sure everything was in working order. Both Jeff and Jeremy were quick, efficient and professional. This was the first time I met Jeff in person - all previous work was done form a different state with tenants in our home. In every case, Jeff was prompt, efficient and pleasant, and he properly corrected the problem at a fair price. We will continue to give Service Pro both our system maintenance business and they will be our first call when we have a problem.
