JT Plumbing did all the install work at my new construction home. A snow melt boiler has never worked properly and needed a gas piping rework. JT does not return calls (said to be busy) or emails, which I find totally unprofessional. A pump was installed on the incorrect side of the boiler and needs to be moved. I have now hired a new contractor to complete the original work.

Jason is great. Our boiler had problems since this house has sat empty for 5 years. He fixed it. Then the hot water heater went dead one morning. I called his cell and he helped me figure out what was wrong and came right out to get it going. He is great and very knowledgable
