"Many companies have a minimum they will have to charge for them to come out. This company's minimum happened to be $750 and the repair only cost $450. But they were so willing to work with me that we ended up being able to re-grout the shower as well and that brought the total up to the desired amount and they even gave me a discount so the final amount was only about $730 or so. They did amazing work and did so quickly. They turned my creaky stares into quite clouds of freshness that I get to walk up and down daily. My only complaint is that I wasn't able to give a tip to the actual flooring guy because the ticket was closed after the tile guy came through.
