"It's a pretty decent system, I think. They send you the pieces and you install them yourself, which is pretty easy. The only real problem I have is that one sensor is too far away from the panel...or there's some interference, and they haven't been able to fix that. It's an interior door, so it's not the end of the world, just a little annoying. Their customer service is pretty good though. Nice, smart customer service people on the other end, very polite and helpful."

"They did an excellent job.  We live in Boulder, Colorado which had been hit hard by floods this past fall.  Many of us had to replace carpets in our basements, and the installers were all booked for months. We found Dominic on Angie's list and since he was not directly in Boulder...took a chance he might be available sooner. He returned our call immediately, came and gave an estimate the next day, ordered in the new carpeting and installed it perfectly and promptly within two weeks.  So much better than the 2 month estimates we had been given by others.
