Sharon was very knowledgeable and informed me that all testing is done by one company in Denver, and that I could get the testing done for $40 by taking it to the lab myself. Another company that contacted me wanted to Charge $400 for the same test by the same lab. The Majors Group won my trust with that disclosure. The staff who came and removed the asbestos were on time, thorough and cleaned up the work space. The price was significantly less than then next higher bid. I feel that I received a great value for the money."

"Jeremiah came out and tested the air and moisture and other items to determine if I had mold in my basement. After getting the test results there was evidence of mold and he recommended a company that provides a do it yourself kit for mold remediation. (Not cheap). After getting the items and realizing that there was more work, it would have been better for me to let my insurance company handle this as I do have coverage for mold/fungi. Though having a professional do the work is expensive, from what Jeremiah mentioned, it does not guarantee that the work will be complete or the source of the problem taken care of. He mentioned most companies will take care of the mold but not necessarily the cause of the mold. For this I would have to contact another company."
